* WHAT...Heat index values up to 102. * WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania. * WHEN...Until 8 PM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Smoke aloft from wildfires in central Canada may help to lower the temperatures a degree or two from current expectations for Wednesday. If it does, that would help to lessen concerns for heat illnesses. Information: Drink plenty of fluids, stay out of the sun, and stay in an air-conditioned room.
